An academy with a hundred students collects around a lakh a month. Chess Classrooms costs a few per cent of that, and gives you back the Sunday you spend on registers and fee lists.
Prices in Indian rupees, with no setup fee.
You get an invoice for the plan you are on — you can switch plan any time during the trial. If you do not pay it, the account pauses once the grace period runs out. Pay any time and it reopens with everything intact — but if it stays unpaid, its data is permanently deleted 30 days after the pause (we remind you before then). Nothing renews by itself.
Students you add, or import, pay nothing to us — you collect your own fees from them as you do now. A student who signs up on their own through the student sign-up page pays a small one-time platform fee (currently ₹99). Clubs can set their own amount for that.
Yes, on every plan. Your name, logo and colours throughout, your own sign-in link to give to students, and your own public page at chessclassrooms.com/your-name.
Your current students carry on as normal; what stops is adding new ones beyond your plan's limit. During the trial you can switch plan yourself; after it, message us and we move you up.
Yes. Each plan includes a number of hours of live video a month (shown on the plan above). Most academies stay well inside it because only the coach needs a camera on.
Against an invoice from your Subscription page: online by UPI, card or net banking, or by UPI or bank transfer to us directly. Invoices are GST invoices. Yearly plans are invoiced once.
Yes. Ask us and we send you your students, attendance, fees and games as spreadsheets — it is your data, not ours.
