Shipping & Delivery Policy

Last updated November 2026.

Chess Classrooms is an online software service. Nothing physical is shipped, so there are no delivery charges and no courier or postal timelines.

How your purchase is delivered

• What you buy is access to the Chess Classrooms platform for your chosen plan.
• Delivery is electronic. As soon as your payment is confirmed, your subscription is activated on your account — usually within a few minutes, and in any case within 24 hours.
• You use the service by signing in at chessclassrooms.com with your account. Any confirmation or receipt is sent by email to the address on the account.
• There are no shipping fees. The price you see for a plan is the whole price.

If access does not arrive

If your payment succeeds but your account is not activated, or you cannot sign in, write to info@chessclassrooms.com with the payment date and amount and we will put it right quickly. A payment for which access was never delivered is refunded in full — see our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
